Not only does it keep your heart healthy, it also has anti-aging properties, so you can literally eat your way to pretty! Much like an intense HIIT routine, dragon fruit can be intimidating to navigate the first go-round, but once you try it, we bet you’ll fall in love like we did! The Vanilla Dragon

1 dragon fruit ½ cup frozen pineapple 5 oz greek yogurt ½ cup coconut water 1  Vanilla Skinny Shake® Go Pack 1 cup ice Slice the dragon fruit in half lengthwise then scoop out the flesh into a blender. Add the frozen pineapple, greek yogurt, coconut water, Go Pack and ice. Blend until smooth. Nutrition: 400 Calories, 48 g Sugar, 1.5 g fat, 31 grams protein
