Packed with antioxidants and high in fiber, this tropical fruit that hails from Southeast Asia is quickly becoming the go-to superfood for the smoothie-savvy fitness crowd. Not only does it keep your heart healthy, it also has anti-aging properties, so you can literally eat your way to pretty!

The Vanilla Dragon
1 dragon fruit
½ cup frozen pineapple
5 oz greek yogurt
½ cup coconut water
1 Vanilla Skinny Shake® Go Pack
1 cup ice
Slice the dragon fruit in half lengthwise then scoop out the flesh into a blender. Add the frozen pineapple, greek yogurt, coconut water, Go Pack and ice. Blend until smooth.
