  • 1/2 cup uncooked oats
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Skinny ShakeⓇ Weight Loss Shake
  • 1/2 cup canned pureed pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup to taste
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk use to adjust thickness

Instructions
  1. Combine oats and water in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring the mixture occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
  3. When the oats have softened and the mixture looks thick and creamy, stir in pumpkin puree, Skinny Shake® Shake, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. Stir thoroughly.
  4. Add nuts.
  5. Remove from heat, serve the oatmeal in a bowl, and enjoy!
